When I received the Infuser Bottle I was unable to remove the tea basket so emailed support on a Saturday and received a response on Saturday night. I was able with supports help to remove the basket and began enjoying the expanded aroma and taste of the teas the bottle makes.
Ordered this because it was a birthday request from our daughter who uses it routinely. She was very pleased with how fast it came.
Arrived in great package, easy to open. Color exactly as shown on website. Had some tea I made at night and couldn't drink, poured it in Pure Zen and it was actually warm in the morning. Love it. The only thing that would make it perfect is if it had a handle, but I knew it didn't when I ordered it.
Probably my favorite thermos for tea! I have been using this tea infuser bottle for about a week now, and everything worked fantastically so far -- no leak, the infuser's long enough to fully submerge in water, and it was able to keep the tea hot. Plus, the infuser came with a tight lid, so I never had to worry about the tea leaves falling out while drinking. Great product!
